Hi, I’m Olivia Keen-Smith

Storyteller.
Event Architect.
Podcast Builder.
Founder-Led Marketing Strategist.

I've always believed that behind every great business is an even better story.

My job is helping people find it, shape it, and tell it in a way that people actually remember.

My career has taken me everywhere from television sets and publishing houses to sold-out conferences, podcast studios and boardrooms.

Along the way I've produced events, launched podcasts, built founder brands, created communities and helped businesses communicate with more clarity, confidence and personality.

But underneath every project has always been the same thing...

Storytelling.

I don't believe people connect with perfect brands.

They connect with honest, genuine and emotionally vulnerable ones.

The ones with awkward beginnings.
The ones with endless pivots.
The ones who share wins.
The ones who share failures.
The moments that make someone say,

"I know exactly what they mean."

That's where influence is built.

MY VALUES

MY VALUES

A beige textured wall with a rough, stucco-like surface.

Authenticity

I'd rather be real than impressive. The mess is part of the story, not something I edit out. Your brand should look and feel like you. I believe in building brands and offers that reflect your personality, style, and values… not what the latest “guru” says you should do.

Trust

You're handing me the parts of your story or ideas you don't usually share (the doubts, the messy middle, what didn't make the highlight reel. I treat that as a privilege, not content. Confidentiality isn't a policy for me, it's a value.

Being the person behind the person

I do my best work in the room no one sees (sorting the strategy, the story, the logistics) so that by the time you're in front of people, all you have to do is show up and be brilliant. You get the spotlight; I hold the scaffolding.

Education

I don't just hand you a deliverable and disappear. I want you to walk away actually understanding your own story ,how to tell it, defend it, and keep telling it without me. Also how to launch a podcast, grow and learn and maybe organise an event, You leave equipped, not dependent.

THE OLIVIA SPARKLE

“Influence isn't built by speaking louder.
It's built by saying something worth listening to”.

The best marketing doesn't start with a campaign. It starts with a story.

I believe the brands people remember aren't necessarily the loudest: they're the clearest.

The best events aren't about filling a room. They're about creating a feeling.

The best podcasts aren't about downloads. They're about conversations.

And the strongest communities aren't built by algorithms. They're built by people.

Everything I do starts with a great story.

Are you ready to tell yours?

MY STORY SO FAR

A smiling woman with dark hair tied back, wearing a white shirt and gold jewelry, standing with arms crossed in an art gallery with framed pictures on the wall.
A woman with dark brown hair and blue eyes wearing a white shirt and blue jeans, standing with arms crossed in a living room decorated with framed pictures and a beige sofa. There are pink flowers in the foreground.

I often joke that my career started because I wanted to be a professional party planner.

That ambition led me to study Events Management, convinced my future was all about creating unforgettable experiences. Somewhere along the way, though, I found myself captivated by a different kind of magic: the stories behind the people, brands and moments that captured everyone's attention.

What began as a fascination with publicity, media and television quickly evolved into a career spanning events, communications, publishing, podcasting and founder-led marketing. I realised that whether I was producing an event, launching a podcast or shaping a communications strategy, I was always doing the same thing: helping people tell stories that mattered.

The platforms may have changed, but the purpose never has.

In a snapshot, I have:

  • Produced podcasts from concept to launch.

  • Produced event experiences ranging from intimate founder dinners to international conferences, awards, sponsor-led activations and exhibitions.

  • Worked across media, publishing, entertainment and television.

  • Written and built out blogs, newsletters, editorial copy and scripts.

  • Helped founders and brands communicate across the UK, GCC and US across tech, finance, psychology, construction,

  • Joined ‘Beyond Tomorrow’ as a Non-Executive Board Member & Brand Strategist.

  • Co-Founded The Respect Squad, a community for over-thinkers and over-givers.

  • Created performance experiences (As a former performer myself, which probably explains why I'm happiest behind a microphone or on a stage!).

Safe to say: I’m a jack of all trades, literally. Today, I bring all of those experiences together to help ambitious people tell stories that build trust, create influence and leave a lasting impression, and if you’re reading this now, I think that could be you.

Olivia’s Mantra | Every great story has three chapters.

Here’s how we can work together.

  1. Purpose (Finding Your North Star)

  2. Promise (Building Your Influence)

  3. Proof (Create Stories, Experiences & Conversations That People Remember)
